Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ (Austin, TX)

Valentina Tex Mex’s is exquisite – not because it’s a fancy place, it’s actually a food truck. It’s the best of 2 worlds, Mexican and bbq.

It took about 25 mins from downtown Austin. And then stood in line … the line was a bit annoying and long, but what else do you expect in Texas.

Tried three different tacos – brisket, carnitas, and chicken. The brisket was the best – balanced flavor and texture.

The tortillas was the best part!
